SEPTEMBER 2021 - INFORMATION SESSIONS & ANTWERP SHIFT

"It was great to meet over 30 people in our CptnZeppos arena at the office after 18 months," says Joris Van Bree, founder of CptnZeppos.
Present were, besides future travellers, also passengers who already sailed on board in previous years. Herman Somers, Guido Somers (cf. travel pictures Norway) and Ward Hulselmans (cf. travel stories blog) were also present to share their stories and experiences.

The most frequently asked question is: "When will we be able to travel aboard a cargo ship again, CptnZeppos?"
Our answer: from 2022, passengers will again be allowed on board cargo ships. So you can already book or reserve a cabin.

And for the third time, we participated in Antwerp Shift! On that day, cars made way for cyclists, pedestrians and other smart means of transport. Once again, it was beautiful weather.

This time we stood with our CptnZeppos stand right between the MAS - Museum aan de Stroom and the Willemdok.

Travelling on a cargo ship turned out to be a childhood dream for many, who did not know that with CptnZeppos they could make it come true. ATV also came to our stand to report on CptnZeppos.

Our CptnZeppos stand had the MAS, Portopolis and theWaterbus as neighbours!

On each floor of this museum, you will see a new story about Antwerp, the river, the port and the world.

In the Portopolis visitors' centre, an interactive exhibition lets you discover the port of Antwerp from the heart of the city! With VR glasses you get a 360° tour on different locations in the port.

With theWaterBus, you can visit the port of Antwerp in the most delightful way from the city centre via the Scheldt!
